The cottage is located on its own 28-acre field at the base of Mt. Adams. We are the farmers next door (ok, with day jobs). You may enjoy our spare home. It’s just a small cabin with an expansive view of the mountain. A great place to rejuvenate or launch your next adventure. NOTE: June 22, 2024, there is a trail run here. If you are looking for peace and quiet, please choose another weekend. If you are a Wild Woman trail runner, then lucky you! :) Questions? Just ask. Please no smoking.

Elsie's View: Cozy Vintage/Modern Cabin

We are nestled in the woods within a stone's throw of the stunning White Salmon River. Our cabin dates to the 1920s (one of the oldest in the area but we recently updated it). 4 people max. We are best for 1 or 2 adult couples (one queen and one full size bed are available). A couple with one or two kids works okay too. What doesn’t work great are 4 adults who sleep separately since that means using the pull out couches downstairs. Well-behaved dogs okay with advance notice.

Cabin 43 is a new home we built ourselves located right on the wild and scenic White Salmon river. We finished this project (June, 2020) and are excited to share this beautiful place with guests. It features a King bed in 1 room and 2 twin beds in the 2nd bedroom which can be pushed together to make a 2nd king bed. We live in a cluster of 8 other cabins down gravel road in a very serene forest setting with a large field out front and private river side walking trails.

Coyote Cabin

Coyote Cabin is a very small cozy home in a secluded area of Trout Lake. We are about a half hour from the Columbia River Gorge at the base of Mount Adams. We are close to the beautiful Lewis River falls, Ice Caves, cheese caves, white water rafting along with many trails to hike. The cabin is on our 5 acres along with the main residence. We enjoy meeting our guest but respect your privacy so we stay at our place with our 2 dogs.
