The living room is upstairs & excellent for light and comfort. Literally by the beach on the harbour- this IS your garden and beach. Best described by previous guests; Fall straight into Cornish time with lazy mornings, long days and joyful returns. mOlly mUppeT is hidden amongst the houses behind the owners cottage and she soon becomes a real home and a stunning place from which to explore. So very cute in every way, the attention to detail is second to none. The bed was like sleeping on a fluffy cloud, whilst the garden was a little piece of heaven. A memorable base for a memorable holiday!

Private and sole use of the upper two floors of my cottage in the heart of Newlyn, overlooking the harbour and within walking distance of village amenities. Light and spacious living room on the top floor has views across the harbour and Mount’s Bay to St Michael’s Mount. On the ground floor: sole use of the kitchen diner, shower room and pleasant bedroom with a standard double bed (135 x 190cm). Suitable for solo travellers or two people who can share the bed.
