NIKA Loft is a stylishly furnished 70sqm attic apartment in the center of Rosenheim. In the core renovation 5 years ago, practically everything was renewed, except for the old roof construction, which gives the apartment a lot of charm and warmth. The advantages of the apartment are the quiet location with simultaneous central and railway station proximity (10 minutes walk), the spacious living room, 1 private parking + public parking in front of the door and the proximity to nature with the state garden display area.

The apartment has a size of about 60 square meters and can accommodate up to 5 people. The comfortably furnished apartment is located on the 1st floor and is accessible via the external staircase. The west-facing living space leads directly to the private, sheltered outdoor seating with a view of nature. Welcome to the beautiful and newly equipped apartment in a secluded location with mountain views and an outdoor Jacuzzi. Above the village of Aßling with supermarkets, restaurants, gas station, bakery. To the train station it's a 5 min walk, from there you can take the train to Munich in about 21 min and to Rosenheim in 15 min, further to Salzburg.... (i.e. you can also arrive without a car. If we can arrange it, we will be happy to pick you and your suitcases up from the station).

The new apartment is rural modern and very well appointed. Frasdorf is located at the foot of the Chiemgau mountains, nestling in the rolling hills of the Voralpenland. Just 8 kilometers from Lake Chiemsee and Simssee. Central between Munich and Salzburg and far from the hustle and bustle and stress in every season.

Our with love, newly renovated apartment, is idyllically located in the small settlement Wachlehen about 3 km from the city of Miesbach. It is located on the ground floor with a fully equipped kitchen, an open living and dining area with access to the west terrace. The two bedrooms have a box spring bed. Ideal for a Kl. Family or 2 friends. To get to the 2nd bedroom you have to go through the bathroom. Not really bad, but I would like to point it out.

Our cozy, individually furnished accommodation is a private residential unit upstairs with private bathroom - shower/toilet of a single kitchen and small silent fridge, which is only used by our guests. Opposite the small kitchen, there is a third sleeping option in a niche. A covered seating area will be at your disposal on the east side. The small, non-haired Biewer Yorkshire Pino from the neighboring house likes to visit us daily.
