Secluded off grid cabin. Not remote but a very quiet and peaceful location beside the stream on our small hobby farm. The perfect spot to unwind and recharge. The Cabin is surrounded by woods and the stream. Built by local Amish craftsmen, the cabin was designed and decorated to reflect an earlier era. Suitable for one or two people, there is ample room to relax. No washroom, but a clean outhouse. We have a homemade outdoor kitchen with BBQ, and 2 propane burners. Campfire wood available.

Pretty Stoney Lake Cabin Suite -No Cleaning Fee

Guests have their own cozy studio apartment, which is private and located on the ground floor with their own entrance. It does not include the entire cabin. Christine's Log Cabin is directly across from the beautiful Petroglyphs Provincial Park (May-Oct); however, you can hike all year long, even with the gates closed, and also down the road to Stoney Lake with full access to a private beach (May-Oct). Perfect getaway any time of the year & complimentary Whiskey Maple Cake included.

You won’t forget this memorable experience! A 1974 River Boat has been lovingly transformed in to a whimsical all season cabin. Come for the fantasy then bask in the comfort and romance of it. Step back in time. Experience living in a one room cabin heated by a wood stove and lit by candles and lanterns. Your bathroom is an outhouse. There is no running water or electricity. You can ski, snowshoe or hike on the 40 acre property. Also, within minutes of the cabin are numerous trail systems, lakes and beaches. This is tiny cabin set up like a typical studio apartment. It’s located within a family resort, so there is usually lots of action happening around you unless you’re here in the off season. At the moment it’s pretty rough on the exterior; however, don’t judge a book by its cover! It was recently renovated inside and stays cool on hot days and vice versa. It’s also so close to the lake that you’ll fall asleep to the waves lapping against the shoreline.
