Relaxed Apartment with a Patio in The Castro

Brew a cup of coffee in a cozy kitchen with elegant tiling and find a seat on a decked patio wrapped in a leafy garden. Curl up with a book on a modern sofa in a living area boasting colorful paintings, a stocked bookcase, and exposed wood beams. The unit is a private apartment below the main house with a private entrance. There is one bedroom and a pull out queen sofa. There is room for approx four people (2 per bed) and one bathroom. The summer kitchen features a brand new quartz counter top, beautiful spanish tile backsplash, drink refrigerator with freezer, microwave, toaster oven (for light heating), and a full set of dishes and glass ware for pizza night at home. There is closet and shelf space for your extra goods and an iron with an ironing board. It's so close to the action it's not even funny! :-) Guests are invited to use the private patio space just outside of the guest unit. We live right upstairs so fully available to all guests during their stay and only a quick text away. The apartment occupies the remodeled lower level of a house in the historic Castro neighborhood. A vibrant nightlife and dining scene is steps away. Head to the iconic Castro Theatre to see a film or take a scenic stroll to Mission Dolores Park. The Muni is a 7 minute walk that takes you to the BART transport to the airport and downtown and financial district. Several buses that run through this area to the rest of the city. Busy area in terms of Lyft/Uber/cabs. Parking can be a bit tough at times, but we never have too much trouble finding a space a block or less from the house. The neighborhood does however, require a parking permit per day. Unfortunately, I have a limited number of passes and will not be able to offer these with the unit. Please be mindful that tickets may be given, but they are generally more sticklers about street cleaning that daily parking permits. I am currently trying to locate nightly parking facilities nearby. If you can manage here without a car, that would be best.

Skyview S.F. Beautiful house with amazing view.

Upscale Single House, 3 bedrooms, 2 baths upper level with a stunning view of the ocean and hills from the deck & sunroom. Located in the heart of San Francisco. A short walk to Twin Peaks Landmark of 360 degrees city view such as Golden Gate Bridge, Bay Bridge, San Mateo Bridge, Ocean Beach, Downtown SF, etc. The neighborhood is very quiet and safe with plenty of street parkings. A few blocks from Starbucks, Supermarket, Walgreens, gas station and more. It’s an ideal dream vacation's place.

Our studio is located in Noe Valley just 5 blocks from the vibrant Noe Valley Village. We have a kitchenette with a two burner induction plate as well as a convection toaster oven. We are on a major transportation line, the 24 Divisadero (it is an electric bus but you may hear the bus at night), and we are two blocks from the J Church which will take you straight to downtown. On a flat block but surrounded by one block in any direction of steep San Francisco hills. NO PETS OR SMOKING ALLOWED

Beautiful Private Garden Apt. Nr. Golden Gate Park

We built this apartment with the thought that someday we would live in it ourselves. Thus, we chose to go "high end" with construction materials, appliances (Viking stovetop), fixtures and cookware. The apartment opens to our backyard garden, with a patio and bocce court. Two blocks from Golden Gate Park, we are in a safe neighborhood, and are close to main bus lines, museums, great restaurants, and beautiful hikes. I have consistently been a superhost since the program began, ten years ago.

The Cole Valley Casa is a home I love! Built in 1906, mid block on a beautiful street off of Cole. Sleeps at least 6 people comfortably, large common areas for cooking, eating, visiting. Superb location- muni train only 2 blocks which will easily take you one way to the beach other way Union Square, downtown, Embarcadero and Giants Stadium. Walkability fantastic- Cole Valley shops and restaurants, UCSF, Haight Street, Golden Gate Park, wonderful grocers all within 10 minute walk or less.

It is located in the renovated basement of a 19th century farmhouse and is fully apportioned with a queen size bed, a large bathroom with a deep tub and access to both front and back yards.
