Living comfortably near Biberach/Riß

The apartment is on the 1st floor of our family house, which is located on the outskirts and very quiet. In the spacious kitchen there is a table with 2 benches, stove, microwave, kettle, coffee filter machine. The bathroom is equipped with a shower and a bath. The toilet is seperate. In the bedroom is 1 double bed (1.80 m) and enough space for a cot. In the living room is a cozy seating area and another French bed (1.40 m).

Our nice basement apartment is integrated into our residential building. It's on the ground floor on the right and have a separate entrance. The kitchen offers a spacious kitchenette with a dining area, coffee machine, toaster, large fridge, kettle and microwave The bedroom is equipped with a flat screen TV and a relax sofa. The apartment is in a very good location, the market square is a 3-minute walk.

"The Sleeping Lounge" ... loving apartment

"Cozy apartment with the terrace" The new apartment, lovingly furnished by us, with a bedroom and a sofa bed (in the living and kitchen area), fully equipped kitchen and a comfortable bathroom, is about a ten-minute walk from the train station and about a 15-20 minute walk from the city center, in the Biberacher district "Talfeld". 2 minutes walk away is an Edeka market with a bakery.
