I can interact with you as little or as much as you would like. That is up to you. The home is situated in the heart of Philadelphia's Museum Area just steps away from site such as the Philadelphia Art Museum, Barnes Foundation, andThe Franklin Institute. There are also plenty of restaurants, bars, and coffee shops nearby. By Car: Free Street Parking in the Spring Garden neighborhood on the weekends and after 6PM M-F. By Bus/Train: SEPTA’s Broad Street line will drop riders off directly on Fairmount’s eastern border, while a number of bus lines (the 48, 33, 32 and 7) shuttle to and from Center City. Girard Avenue’s 15 trolley can take you east to Northern Liberties and Fishtown. By bike or by foot: Biking is common (Indigo bike station 2 blocks away), walking more so, especially along Spring Garden Street & Fairmount Avenue. Heavily residential and graced with largescale attractions. This walk-up apartment is on the second floor of the building. There is no elevator, so walking up a flight of stairs is required. For your convenience this airbnb has a dedicated parking space located just behind the building. The space provided will accommodate most mid-sized vehicles but is not suitable for large vehicles such as Pick Up Trucks & Large Mini-Vans / SUVs (17ft Max)

Free laundry/soap on premises. A complete coffee and tea bar are also available. Your studio is equipped with seasonings and all cooking and eating utensils as well. Mayor Sponsored and Inspired Block Fresh & Clean!

Our Mayor of Philadelphia once resided near the block and has sponsored this block to keep it nice and neat. Our family has been local to Philadelphia for 30 years and we have renovated the entire building to feel refreshing and spacious while still being affordable. We personally make sure all sheets and towels are washed and clean with sanitizing spray throughout the whole unit after every stay. Space is spotless and we expect nothing less. It is probably cleaner than your own house lol!

I'm a lovely short-term basement suite in University City, West Philadelphia, just off of Penn's campus. I am new construction with a well lit, side entrance. Two full size beds in the bedroom, a living room with a dinette area that can sleep another two rollaways upon request (for an additional $10 each). Free Coffee or tea, small fridge, books, games and free wifi. I'm near Penn's campus, CHOP (Children's Hospital) and University of Pennsylvania Hospital (HUP). I'm also Shabbat friendly.
