Residential street parking is free, our place is pet friendly, and extended stays okay. 10 minutes from campus, downtown Urbana, lots of local restaurants, shops, and breweries. Just minutes from campus, downtown, and the airport, The Depot is a historic home attached to 5 wooded acres, a lake, and a "big sky" view across the prairie for watching sunsets and night skies. Originally a train depot constructed in 1857, it has been fully modernized for contemporary living. However, we have taken great effort to preserve its rustic charms that Abraham Lincoln would have known during his circuit riding days before the Civil War. These include graffiti from 1917.

Quiet Urbana bonus room, 5 miles from University

Our space is a sunny bonus room located above the garage of our home which is situated on a beautiful piece of property on the edge of town. Private entrance to the property includes a slightly steeper than normal staircase. Once inside, you will find a large area that includes two double beds, a recliner, work desk, dresser, Smart TV w/ Roku. The large bathroom (shower only) includes fridge, microwave, & K-Cup w/Starbucks coffee pods. Space not suitable for young children. No pets.

Perfect for your next weekend away or business trip! 2 miles from Memorial Stadium & State Farm Center This is a petite space, and the shower is sized accordingly. The queen sized mattress is soft and luxurious, but if you prefer a firm mattress, this may not be the bed for you.
