The pool terrace is equiped with comfortable sunbeds, umbrellas and a barbeque. The inside has been fully renovated in June 2017. The house is 150 sqm large in a 500 sqm plot located in a residential quiet area. Pool is 30 sqm large. Quietness of the environment needs to be preserved.

Only for adults!! Great, friendly apartment for two people on our finca in Llucmajor, in the middle of a beautiful garden with pool. Centrally located with short distances to the most beautiful beaches of Mallorca, Palma and other excursion destinations. The bus station Llucmajor/Son Noguera is 7 minutes walk from us. An airport bus also runs from May to October. The tourist tax charged here is included.

Very quiet and sunny setting. The village of Fornalutx has received several awards at the European level for its conservation with the environment. The cottage is located just 10-15 minutes from the sea and you can spend days on the beach in the port of Soller having all the activities you want. .It is located in the heart of the Sierra de Tramuntana therefore it is ideal starting point for hiking trails

Our house is located in a residential area with little occupation, making it an idyllic place to spend a few days off. However, this past year there are some new constructions on our street and on the parcel next to ours, which may cause some inconvenience during working days and hours.
