Welcome to my sunny and cozy house, located just 10 minutes by car from city center and beach resorts St.Constantine&Elena and Golden Sands! It is situated minutes away from a bus station and a non-stop supermarket. You'll enjoy the spacious and comfy rooms, as well as a wonderful sea view and a nice garden. My place is perfect for couples, families, solo and business travelers! Please note that we have two very friendly and nice dogs, which have no access to the house, unless you let them in!

Studio One with Private Pool

Come and stay at Studio One, sunbathe at 100 sq. m. terrace at your disposal only and cool off in the pool from June till the end of September. We recommend personal or rent-a-car transport if you wish to stay with us. This way it will be easier for you to reach the nearest resorts with beautiful beaches, bars and restaurants such as “Golden Sands”, “St. Constantine and Helena”, “Albena", etc. The nearest bus stop, as well as a grocery store, is at 10-12 min walking distance. 🌞

Self-contained part of a house in Trakata. You get 1 en-suit bedroom, 1 living room, bathroom, laundry room, part of the garden in a very affluent villa zone in Varna. It has a spacious garden, outdoor BBQ, own entrance. My place is close to great views, the city centre, and parks. It has great views, the location is safe and quiet. Good for couples, solo adventurers, and families (with kids). A high-chair and a baby cot are available upon request.

Studio, top center Varna

Newly renovated Studio in the top center of Varna. It's located couple of minutes walk from the beach and all of the restaurants, beach clubs and bars but in the same time the studio is in very quiet place. There is no kitchen although there is microwave, toaster, electric kettle, cutlery, cups and plates. Also there is an air conditioning so you can have the right temperature in every part of the year.
