Excellent ocean and mountain view, pool and private community parking in the same development. The pool season is from June 1 to September 15, and the time is from 10:00 to 15:00, and from 4:00 pm to 8:30 pm. The house features a private wifi network, Movistar plus, and security system.

Wonderful Apartamento en Primera Linea de playa with a spectacular view to the sea. Located in the Las Gondolas urbanization, one of the best in the area. Nice house just 200 meters from Playa del Pozuelo and Parque del Mediterraneo. An ideal area for walking, with all the services nearby, skatepark track, very good connection with the center to go by car or bus. The house consists of 4 bedrooms, 3 of them with a double bed and 1 with two single beds, fully equipped kitchen, garage, pool with bubble and whirlpool area, BBQ area, garden, ping pong table, air conditioning, chill out area, etc.
