Friendly studio and close to Everything

This small studio has a separate bedroom side which brings a little privacy if you are 4 ( I specify that it is a high bed and that there is no door ) It is located facing south with a large balcony and especially 1.5 km from the train stations .. 5 minutes' walk from the tram ( 3 stops from the train stations ) as well as small shops 2 00 m I specify that my apartment is smoking and I live in this apartment so there is all my belongings which are I of course leave room;) see you soon
