The Tree House is a perfect, off-the-grid retreat for nature lovers, where you can listen to birdsong, see the sunrise from the deck and hear the river flowing in the valley. Two minutes walk and you come to The Watermill Bakery which is open for delicious pizza on Friday evenings. Our self-contained, double-glazed, fully insulated compact cabin is well appointed. It stands alone on our 3 acre lifestyle property, private from our house with fabulous views to the Remutakas. There is an outdoor dining area with a BBQ. Relax in the ~outdoor bath~ under the stars in front of the wee fire (kindling & wood supplied). We have a kune kune pig (Sophie), puppy (Lucy), gentle teddy bear choc lab (Harley), donkeys (Phoebe, Anna & Zeb) and August the cat.

Ride, roam relax at our mountain bike park. Maximum peace and quiet on top of a hill with nothing but views. Once you have finished relaxing you can go for a mountain bike ride and choose from 20 tracks. Cold? No problem, the fire will be set up ready to light upon arrival. Cheese board and wine supplied when you arrive and a breakfast basket of locally sourced/ NZ made produce all included in your stay. Don't forget your togs for the hot tub with an incredible view.
