77 McGrath is a renovated bungalow in Napier South with a modern, contemporary feel and great indoor/outdoor living. Being a kiwi house, we have a good sized deck, great BBQ and outdoor area. Our place is private and fully fenced with large automatic gates, so great for kids. We are big on comfort, good beds, quality bedlinen, and large sofa's made for sinking into after a day at the vineyards. We are one street back from the beach (2min walk) and a 20 min stroll (1.9km) to the centre of town.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Three bedroom, 1970s style bach - a real throw back. Lots of room for up to nine people. Walk straight out to the beach from the backyard. Located 5 mins walk to the shop, golf course, children's park, fishing spots, tennis courts and surf flags. Perfect for families or friends wanting time out. The fireplace for these chilly winter nights is a real bonus! Just arrive as your beds are made up waiting for you with electric blankets.

This family bach is newly renovated and fully fenced with lots of room for the kids to play! It is a 2 minute walk to the surf patrolled beach and easy walking distance to the golf course, children's playground and all the fun walks that Riversdale Beach has to offer. This bach has four large bedrooms, open plan kitchen/dining/ living area, with a lovely modern airy feel to it. Plus has a bathroom with a separate toilet. Please note there is no WIFI OR TV - a true kiwi bach!

So close to the village, yet set in the countryside there are lambs in Spring and apple trees next door. Eggs are laid by our own chooks, bread, muesli and preserves are homemade. We'll suggest places to visit and restaurants if you want to dine out. Cool off in the pool in summer or take an expertly led yoga class! Take a trip to Hastings or Napier or walk the miles of tracks in Te Mata Park. Ocean Beach is just 15 minutes away and the Sunday Farmers Market just 10!
