It is located less than 10 minutes from downtown, KSU campus, shopping, and the lake, in a great neighborhood on the northeast part of town. My place is out in the country, but close to Manhattan, KS. If you are wanting to be in town this is not for you--we are about 7 minutes to Manhattan and 12 minutes to K-State, 17 minutes to Bill Snyder Family Stadium. You will drive a short distance on a gravel road. You’ll love my place because of the location (you can see the stars), the ambiance, and the outdoors space. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers.
