Our attractive one bed cottage has an outdoor sunken patio kitchen area with charcoal BBQ and a raised decking area. A cosy home from home, with a touch of luxury! Enjoy your stay in our refurbished studio apartment on our working Dairy Farm here in the beautiful area of Nidderdale. It’s compact but makes a great base for odd night/weekend stays. There is onsite parking. It’s well located for discovering the nearby attractions of Pateley Bridge, Brimham Rocks, the Cathedral City of Ripon and Fountains Abbey. Chequer Barn Apartment

An oak framed loft apartment is above a large garage which is accessed by stairs with a balcony for tree level seating. The space is not attached to our house and has separate access. The pitched roof gives the apartment a feeling of space and light, with underfloor heating. The outside space is ideal if you want some fresh air. We are in a rural location with no amenities, although the nearest village is only two miles away. We would welcome all visitors, but we don’t accept children.

We look forward to welcoming you to our renovated Cow Byre just a short drive from Ripon. Separate to our main home, and having wonderful views, guests can visit nearby Fountains abbey, Brimham rocks, Grassington and lots of other lovely places of interest, as well as nearby walks. We have used high quality fittings throughout from Loaf seating, beautiful light fittings, Sophie Conran crockery, SMEG kettle and toaster, as well as featuring art by a local artist David Stead.
