This studio is located in Welches, OR. It is the perfect location to access recreational activities in the Mt Hood area - only 18 minutes from Skibowl and 30 minutes from Timberline or Meadows. Freshly updated space with a shared entry, the studio is on the second floor, inside the main house. It has a private bathroom and many amenities including wifi, internet, smart TV, fridge, microwave, coffee pot, kettle. We live in the house. You may occasionally hear noises and footsteps. Beautiful lodge near the heart of everything Mt Hood has to offer. This home is cozy for a romantic getaway but also spacious for a group of 6. After a day on the mountain, home features a sauna, gear dryer. Living room has tv setup with ROKU. The back deck, with its hot tub, firepit and gas grill, is the ideal spot to sit back, relax and enjoy the forest views. Home is a very short walk to the Sandy river. Rate includes state and county lodging taxes (7.8% combined) close to river and recreation. Newly installed propane fireplace, 55 inch led TV lots of movies as well as limited cable access and wi-fi.
