Cozy carriage house with garden near Hamburg

The house is functional and modern furnishings. A large sofa in the living area can be used as an additional. Sleeping space can be used. Large fitted wardrobes in the sleeping area offer plenty of storage space. The kitchen is equipped with an XL fridge-freezer, a washing machine, a cooking/baking combination and everything you need for cooking and baking. Coffee machine, kettle and microwave are also provided. In the beautiful large garden there is a private seating area.

Sunny, large garden, family friendly and fireplace: The beautiful apartment in a converted stable is ideal for people looking for peace, exercise and nature. You can make bonfires, bike rides or sit in the Gaube and enjoy the unobstructed view over the garden and pastures. A beautiful swimming lake can be reached by bike. Wi-Fi (about 23/7 MBits) and washing machine are available as well as two private entrances. The sauna costs €10 for 2 hours, every additional hour €5.

It is a small, detached and cozy guest house with fully equipped kitchen, modern bathroom, living room with large couch and dining area incl. Netflix & Amazon Prime. A spiral staircase leads to the bedroom with large double bed, a single bed and balcony. Since the turning staircase is openly constructed, the house is unsuitable for babies and crawling children due to this structural situation. The house is in the back location with parking right outside the front door.

our small holiday home is very quiet and yet conveniently located on the edge of the desert heath. there are 2 living rooms without TV. The 1, 40 m wide double bed is located on the gallery. There is also 1 shower room and a pantry kitchen with 2 plates of eHHD, microwave, refrigerator and dishwasher available. our house is in the immediate vicinity,so we will certainly meet more often. If you have any questions, just ring the bell or call at the front door.
