Apartment in the centre of Bremen

My terraced house with the name "Avalon" is situated in Bremen-Findorff, easily accessible to the main station as well as on foot as by a short bus ride. It only takes 15 minutes by bus, 10 by bike or half an hour on foot to reach the historic sights of the old town centre. Likewise you can easily reach the motorway, the city hall and the congress centre. A large supermarket, health food store as well as many other shops are in the vicinity, likewise restaurants of different nationalities. Despite the proximity to the town centre you enjoy a very quiet location. The street in which you can find my house is a one way road and has little traffic. Pretty fore gardens of the houses with brick facades display a pleasant environment. Bremen-Findorff is located next to the large and central Bürgerpark and the city forest and lake. It´s just a stone´s throw away from "Avalon" and there you can enjoy a good walk or do some jogging. The comfortably furnished non-smoker apartment has a double bed (1,40 m x 2 m). You also have a bedside table, a floor lamp, a desk with a chair, an open wardrobe for hanging in clothes, with a large mirror, a chest of drawers, a green plant, CD-player, radio, WiFi and a well-filled bookshelf at your disposal. Underfloor heating provides you with pleasant warmth. From the living-room you look onto a green back garden with an old apple tree. The apartment is situated in the basement. From the street you walk down a few steps, to the back garden you are at ground level. Next to the living-room you find a kitchen with fridge, small electric stove, sink, a light wooden table and two wicker chairs. Crockery and cooking utensils to prepare some food are available in a built-in cupboard. There is also a shower installed. A corridor with light tiles leads to the toilet, tiled in warm shades. "Avalon" is a non-smoker house!

The house is located in the middle of the beautiful water district of Lüneburg with the stint and the old crane, the mecca for restaurants and bars. The shower bridge around the corner takes you directly into the city and offers great photo opportunities. Quietly located, you look at the original filming locations of the well-known Telenovela "Rote Rosen" from the window... maybe the camera is running straight. On foot, you'll be at the train station, the City Hall, Sande, or directly in the city's relevant shopping streets.

The holiday home called"Schnuckenbau" is just 3 minutes on foot nearby to the Nature Park Luneburg Heath. You will find bike paths and pure nature exactly in the centre between Hamburg and Hanover as well as Luneburg and Bremen. You look for tranquility, you'll find it here. The unique spring bath "Quellenbad" is just a stone's throw away. In the garden of the Schnuckenbau is a little pavillon, also a barbecue. In the lounge you can enjoy a crackling fire in a stove.

Lovely townhouse with garden

In this accommodation you have a lot of peace and quiet and can simply switch off. There is plenty of parking and you should never have a problem finding one. From the house it takes about 10 minutes to Lilienthal city center and about 35 minutes by train to get to downtown Bremen. You can walk to the train station in 5 minutes. Wi-Fi available. Smoking is prohibited in all rooms of the house! I'd love the chance to answer any further questions you may have.

The accommodation, a 103 sqm terraced house, is centrally located and has been comprehensively modernized and newly furnished. Nearby doctors, pharmacies, restaurants and various Shopping as well as the Weser bike path. Due to the hillside property the property is not accessible the property Bad Salzuflen and Bad Oeynhausen can be reached in a few minutes by car. Larger cities such as Herford, Minden and Bielefeld are also within a reasonable distance.

Our Ferijenhus has about 100 square meters and goes over two floors. It features a living room, conservatory (with access terrace), kitchen and toilet on the ground floor. Upstairs are two bedrooms and a bathroom with tub and shower. Sandstedt is right on the beautiful Weser with a small harbor. There is a good connection via the A27 towards Bremen or Bremerhaven as well as a ferry connection towards Oldenburg/ Ostfriesland.

Welcome in our house by the sea! In 2019, we completely renovated these beautiful cottage. The rooms are bright, modern and cozy. The organic infrared heater meets the latest standard and makes everything cuddly warm during the cold season. Via the large panoramic window in the living area, you can see the dike and have a wide view over the field. Everything seems wonderfully slowing down.

If you stay at this centrally located home, your family has all the important points of contact nearby. It is 250 m to the Steinhuder Meer. The house is spread over 3 floors. Please note bed linen and towels per person €15.- once if you do not want to bring it yourself.
