We are a block and a half from the beautiful sand dunes of the Delaware Bay beach that's great for soaks, sunning and letting the kids or pups play. Quiet Mother In-Law apartment with private entrance on a dead end street with giant wrap around porch. Apartment is connected to the main residence by a laundry room with a keyed door on both sides. Bedroom has a Queen size memory foam mattress, TV w/Roku. Living area has a Queen size sleeper sofa with memory foam mattress, 42in TV with Roku to access Netflix, Hulu, etc. Outside Entry door has a keypad that will be programmed with a 4 digit pin specifically for your check in to check out time.

Nice and perfect for two. Hot Tub open for Use!

Close to the beach, and near the excitement, yet in a quiet area of the island. This is a 2 BR, 2nd floor apartment. Each bedroom has a queen bed, but there is a max of two people, and everyone counts (even infants). The apartment is clean, comfortable, and has just about everything you will need. The backyard is shared with the downstairs guests, as is the hot tub and gas grill, and the sharing is normally not a problem. Your small pup (under 30 pounds) may be allowed, so please ask.

*We do not rent to groups under the age of 25. The furnishings are very comfortable, clean & sanitized. With a queen bed in each room (new mattresses 2023) and sofa bed in the living-room, it easily sleeps 4-6 people (four adults, two children). Use it as a base to explore the area and enjoy the beaches/local attractions, or just relax by the pool. Wifi throughout condo and Apple TV in both bedrooms. Two blocks to the marina & 5 blocks to the beach, this Wildwood condo is ideally located.
