A short easy stroll to either the beautiful Milford or Castor Bay beaches. Dining or shopping is also nearby at the Milford shopping precinct. Milford Shopping Centre has some of Auckland's top fashion shops, supermarkets, cafes, and restaurants. Self drive ++ Off-street car parking. Easy access to motorway on/off ramps. The house is located opposite the 16th tee of the Waitemata Golf course and minutes from the fabulous Narrow Neck Beach, Wakatere boat club & cafe.
