A delightful stay! The waterfront cottage is located near various amenities. A nice shopping center. The train station is a 10 min walk away, so you are within 20 minutes in Amsterdam and Zaanse Schans 15 minutes. The Strand, Volendam and Alkmaar are all a short distance away. You have to take care of breakfast yourself, but for delicious sandwiches you can go to the local bakery, which is within walking distance. Upon arrival, you will find various drinks in the fridge. In short, a wonderful accommodation!

The houseboat is located on a main road, near roads and is the perfect base for exploring the area, whether it be cities, rural area or nature. The ark has a very spacious, sunny garden, equipped with two spacious terraces, where you can have a good time with nice weather. The boat itself is very fully furnished . A 5 minute walk away is the train station which has a direct line to A'dam CS and Schiphol Airport. For those who come by car ,there are public parking spot next to the apartment, 2 euro a day. Big supermarket close by for fresh baked bread at your convenience. City square "Koemarkt" with many restaurants at walking distance.
