County of Sonoma Vacation Rental Permit number ZPE15-0201. Our place is centrally located to both Napa and Sonoma valleys. We are walking distance to Troika Winery, Ceja Winery, Homewood Winery, Lou's Lunchette, and Hanson's Vodka. We have a small organic farm off the beaten path. The unit is an upstairs unit above the garage and it is very private. We have some wonderful birdwatching opportunities. On our farm we see herons, egrets, quail, redtail hawks, owls, quail, and many small birds.

Our home is a 10-minute drive to downtown Santa Rosa, where you will find Russian River Brewing Company, 45-minute drive to the coast, and a little over an hour to San Francisco. The apartment is above our 2-car garage. It's a quiet 1 bedroom, 1 bath, living room, full kitchen and dining area. A twin size daybed is in the living room. Above and On Broadway - MaryJean’s Place

This is a 2nd floor flat above an office space. There is a full flight of stairs through a private entrance up into the home. Because of the stairs and older low windows, it is not recommended for children. It is a short 10-15 minute walk to the Sonoma Plaza. There is a bike shop a couple of blocks away that also rents bikes. There are restaurants, brew pubs, spas and wine tasting rooms all within several blocks.

Private cozy guest unit nestled under towering Giant Redwood and Fir trees, the Sonoma coast is 20 minutes to the west and world class wineries and microbreweries start 5 minutes to the east. Enjoy the Redwood deck with dedicated guest area, bbq fireplace, and hot tub. The hosts Jason and Kim were superhosts until Covid stopped all short term rentals last year, we are just opening back up for guests in July 2021.
