My place is great for Skiers/Boarders, couples, solo adventurers, business travelers. U of M care center.

Our neighbors love that we DO NOT ALLOW parties & LATE NIGHT, AFTER 9pm outdoor activities. We are required to limit the total number of individuals at our home to no more than 10 at any time, including visitors. Include visitors in guest count. At the end of a quiet cul-de-sac on 2 acres. When we are not using our 2nd home, it is available for Airbnb guests. Our family home since 1986; when I designed & personally built it for my parents. Fully renovation in 2018, with continual updates.

With 23 acres of country, this Suite is perfect for reflecting and relaxing. Space includes a separate bedroom/bath, a great room w/bunk beds, kitchenette & a breakfast room. Enjoy the view out the picture window of the farm fields and big sky, play foos ball, POOL IS OPEN June-Sept, visit the animals, rest by the pond. There are sitting areas all around to inspire & a perimeter path to walk. There are dirt roads to travel, so drive slow & watch for deer. Winter roads are an adventure!

Modern, comfy apartment with private entrance. Large, quiet backyard. We are 5 minutes to highways (96 & 23). A 4 block walk to downtown restaurants and shops. Central heat and air conditioning. TV with 20+ local digital channels plus Roku streaming device and WIFI. Fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer. The office can sleep 1 on a sleeper sofa. Private entry but hosts are available for anything you need and would love to meet for coffee or a beer in town!! Private off street parking.

Perfect for two, it features a full kitchen, living area, work area and murphy bed (for additional guests) on the top floor. The main bedroom, bathroom, laundry and coffee/wine bar are on the lower level. Guests need to be able to navigate steps both inside and outside the home. There is a parking space for one car. Very nice private suite in lake house on col de sac at private lake in our home. If you like peace and quiet in nature setting this is it. Property is on a hillside, so guests are required to use steps and slanted walkways. We live above the suite and would like to share this beautiful place with you. Close proximity 15 minutes or less to: Pine Knob Music Theatre, Pine Knob Ski Resort, Chrysler Head Quarter (FCA), Great Lakes Crossings Mall, BROSE, BorgWarner etc.

The historic Milford Opera House was built in 1875 in the Heart of Downtown Milford, MI. The upper floor is a 3,000 sq. ft. luxury loft. Outside the back deck is a beautiful view of the Lower Mill Pond & railroad tracks. Check in is at 3pm, early check ins are not available.
