About the clouds

The accommodation is located at about 1,250 m above sea level and is characterized by the cozy atmosphere and the quiet location at the end of the access path. The lift station for skiing or the mountain bike trail (summer) is only about 5 minutes away by car. To the valley and to the nearest supermarket it is about 12 minutes, there is a bakery near the lifts. Lake House (4/4), summer dream with enjoyment & nature

The lake house, my personal life dream. But too big to use it alone. Away from mass tourism in the middle of the mountain, right on the lake in the middle of forests. In and around the house, everything is very generous for humans and animals. It's very important to us personally. In addition to two barbecue/fire places, our own jetty, beanbags and garden swings, rowing boat, sup and garden hut ("Villa Seen-Sucht"), our guests can use everything...so it is more fun for all of us. A special place!

Lovingly designed old building apartment near the lake

In a medieval house in the old town of Völkermarkt lies the apartment on the 2nd floor with a view over the roofs, the main square and the green courtyard. The old walls and the beautiful wooden components have been lovingly restored. In order to preserve the historical character, we used natural building materials. Special are the vaulted ceilings and the romantic wooden staircases. The low doors as well as the uneven walls and floors give the apartment its special charm.

Our vacation home Murmeltier is located at 1520 m altitude with a wonderful view to the south in the middle of the hiking and ski paradise Klippitztörl. It has a very good equipment with sauna and space for up to 8 people (6 adults and 2 children). The nearest ski slope is just 700m away. The Klippitztörl ski area is a family ski area with about 20 km of ski slopes, which you only have to share with a few skiers. Many cozy ski huts invite you to take a break. Free wi-fi.

Jagdhaus Pfeifer is located in a fantastic panoramic position on the pack saddle in the municipality of Preitenegg, not far from the village center. The house is located except for a neighbor in the southwest in a secluded location and is part of an old courtyard.
