The villa has been thoroughly renovated in 2021 and includes a kitchen, three large living spaces, wine cellar, table tennis and gym. It is also a large utility room and children's playroom. The garden is closed and equipped with garden games, trampoline as well as furnished lounge terrace of 50 sqm. Free access to public pool at Odense Havnebad (1.5 km walk). Spacious and cosy family villa close to everything

Large spacious childrenfriendly villa with magnificent garden situated in a quiet charming nabourhood. Perfect for big families with play opportunities for children (our children are 7 and 11). Our favorite spot is the huge terrace and outdoorkitchen where we make barbecue dinners. The house has 5 large bedrooms and is 5 minutes walk to the metro and the center of vanløse, where you will find plenty of shopping and restaurant opportunities. You can get to the center of Copenhagen in 15 min.

Beach house - near to train to Copenhagen.

Lovely newer house very close to good child-friendly sandy beach, close to cafes and restaurants, harbor, big shopping center and only 10 minutes walk to Hundige station, with train every 10 min. It takes approx. 15 min. to Copenhagen C. There is private parking for 3 cars. There is plenty of space - both inside and out - and a lovely large terrace, with plenty of garden furniture and a weber gas grill. Are you fond sailing, there is a combined canoe / kayak that seats 2 people (see picture).

Welcome to this unique and modern villa. A fresh and new home with its own running in a quiet residential area. Here you live all by yourself and do not share accommodation with anyone. Large and beautiful garden with seating. Very good location in Malmö, close to Centrum, Emporia, Hyllie and walking distance to Mobilia shopping center. Free parking and close to most things with good bus connections. You will be close to everything when you stay in this centrally located accommodation.
