Splendid terrace magnificent view

Small apartment bathed in light. Confortable and snug. On the 7th (top) floor with lift/elevator. Facing south. The pretty terrace, with its magnificent view overlooking Paris, is ideal for meals and relaxation. The city's beautiful monuments can be admired at all hours of the day and night. The apartment is situated at the foot of the Sacré Coeur with the funicular railway to take you to the top of the Butte Montmartre. It is located in a small, calm, street away from the bustle of tourist activity. Owing to where it is situated this charming apartment provides further advantages : - a lively neighbourhood with many shops within 5 minutes walking distance, - three nearby metro stations, Anvers (line 2), Abbesses (line 12) et Barbes-Rochechouart (line 4), for easy and rapid access to the center of Paris, the main railway stations, and other places of interest during your visit. The apartment has just undergone complete renovation and has recently been placed on AIRBNB lists. A fully equipped kitchen opens onto the living room. For convenient preparation of meals all appropriate facilities are provided (refrigerator, grill, oven, induction cooker, saucepans, kettle and other kitchen utensils). The bedroom, with its double bed (140X200 cms), will enable you to sleep comfortably and wake up in the morning to a marvelous view of the Parisian sky-line. A small, secluded balcony provides an ideal setting for your morning cup of tea or coffee. In the living room there is an extra sofa-bed (140X190 cms) for the benefit of one or tow more guests if required. There is a small, well-lit bathroom with shower and toilet. The following facilities are also provided : TV, Blue-ray player, Wi-Fi, vacuum cleaner, electric iron, wardrobe etc. There is also a launderette further down the street. We should be happy to assist in providing any further information that might be required (what to do, what to see etc). We are eager to welcome our first visitors and obtain feedback on their stay.

Charming flat in "le Marais",

Charming two room apartment for rent. Located in a 17th century 'hotel particulier' (a private historical mansion) in the heart of the Marais. The area is extremely lively and is right in the center of Paris, within a few steps from museums [and other historical points of interest, lake Notre-Dame]. Apartment is on the 2nd floor and has beautiful views overlooking the peaceful cobbled courtyard of the building. The apartment sleeps 2 people comfortably, but could accommodate up to 4 people (using the fold out bed in the living room). The apartment is housed in a heritage protected building and is safely secured with an entrance door accessible via code from the street and a buzzer for the apartment. The apartment is 40m2 and is newly renovated. It is made up of one bedroom with a double bed (160cm), a living room with a fold out bed and fully equipped kitchen (fridge, freezer, coffee maker, kettle, grill, microwave, oven, dishwasher, washing machine and 2 large closets). The fold up bed (when not in use) serves as a couch in the living room. The freshly refurbished bathroom consists of a shower and basin. The toilet is separate. The apartment is surrounded by countless amenities (including supermarkets, bakeries, chemists, banks, specialty boutiques and clothes stores). Some of the most sought after and vibrant restaurants and bars can be found at the apartment's doorstep. Metro stations: Hotel de Ville line 1 and 11. Chatelet les Halles is a 5 minute walk away and permits access to RER A and B and lines 14, 1 and 7 to Charles de Gaulle airport. Additional amenities: sheets and towels, fast speed wireless internet access, flat screen television [with cable]. Looking forward to hosting you in the heart of Paris - the Marais - very soon

Lovely flat in the 'High Marais". On the court and sunny. Near Picasso Museum - Georges Pompidou Center - Montorgeuil. Open kitchen and big bathroom. Very comfortable for a perfect moment in Paris! Unique Apt in the Marais/Beaubourg

The perfect place to discover Paris. Our spacious 70 m2 are situated next to the famous Centre Pompidou in the city center of Paris. You can easily discover the whole town on foot, lots of sites are near-by. We are located on the first floor (no lift, but only one flight of stairs) in a pedestrian area without traffic. Sleeping is very calm. The neighborhood though is lively with lots of cafés and restaurants around. It will be a pleasure for us to provide recommendations for a happy stay!
