Splendid terrace magnificent view

Small apartment bathed in light. Confortable and snug. On the 7th (top) floor with lift/elevator. Facing south. The pretty terrace, with its magnificent view overlooking Paris, is ideal for meals and relaxation. The city's beautiful monuments can be admired at all hours of the day and night. The apartment is situated at the foot of the Sacré Coeur with the funicular railway to take you to the top of the Butte Montmartre. It is located in a small, calm, street away from the bustle of tourist activity. Owing to where it is situated this charming apartment provides further advantages : - a lively neighbourhood with many shops within 5 minutes walking distance, - three nearby metro stations, Anvers (line 2), Abbesses (line 12) et Barbes-Rochechouart (line 4), for easy and rapid access to the center of Paris, the main railway stations, and other places of interest during your visit. The apartment has just undergone complete renovation and has recently been placed on AIRBNB lists. A fully equipped kitchen opens onto the living room. For convenient preparation of meals all appropriate facilities are provided (refrigerator, grill, oven, induction cooker, saucepans, kettle and other kitchen utensils). The bedroom, with its double bed (140X200 cms), will enable you to sleep comfortably and wake up in the morning to a marvelous view of the Parisian sky-line. A small, secluded balcony provides an ideal setting for your morning cup of tea or coffee. In the living room there is an extra sofa-bed (140X190 cms) for the benefit of one or tow more guests if required. There is a small, well-lit bathroom with shower and toilet. The following facilities are also provided : TV, Blue-ray player, Wi-Fi, vacuum cleaner, electric iron, wardrobe etc. There is also a launderette further down the street. We should be happy to assist in providing any further information that might be required (what to do, what to see etc). We are eager to welcome our first visitors and obtain feedback on their stay.

Historical & luxurious 2Bdr duplex – Notre Dame

This historical apartment has been luxuriously refurbished with bespoke furniture in 2019. If the buiding has over 400 years of history, it was still until then the residence of a famous former minister, MP, and campaign head of President Mitterrand, who also lived 20m away. Situated on a little street, quiet but close to everything, 6 min walk from the RER direct to airports or Versailles, 50m from a metro, and only 100m away from Notre-Dame. Covid: hosts & cleaning lady are Pfizer vaccinated.

Central flat with 2 rooms in safe and silent courtyard, third floor. Two rooms, one with big king size bed /two mattresses which can be divided in 2 single beds, the other with 2 single standard beds and a third smaller bed. Between them entrance, kitchen with microwave, oven, cooktop, kettle, refrigerator, freezer etc. Bathroom with hairdryer, washing machine and dryer. Ideal for 2 couples or family. Very silent, very safe and in walking distance to the main sightseeing points.

A charming apartment in the heart of the Latin Quarter

A pretty 40 sq./m flat renovated in 2023, for 4 people max, with superbe wounden exposed beams. The flat consists of a living room-kitchen and a bedroom overlooking a quiet courtyard/garden. In the bedroom, a double bed queen size 160. In the living room, a new pure leather sofa bed very comfortable and easily convertible. There is a few steps in the flat to access the shower-toilet wich is very small but pretty. The kitchen is well equipped. There is a washing machine.

In the famous and historical Latin Quarter. Very central, charming, safe and Frenchy. 15min walk from Notre Dame, 1m walk from Place Monge metro station and Mouffetard pedestrian street. It is an old, well-maintained Haussmannian (very Parisian) building. There is a parquet that has lived, moldings on the ceiling and on the walls, fireplaces in all the rooms... Guests say it's cozy and trendy :-) We just feel confortable when we spend a few days to work here.

True Parisian, we have welcomed you to our family apartment for 3 generations and always ready to inquire and help you. It is located opposite the main police station in Paris, making the neighborhood very safe. You will have access, FREE of charge, upon request, for stays from 3 nights, for 2 people, at will, to a FITNESS room and a beautiful historic Art Deco POOL, recently restored, located 2 minutes from the apartment, very refreshing in summer.

Very well located, the flat is around the corner from Place des Vosges and at walking distance to the Picasso Museum, Pompidou Center, Notre Dame.. The Marais is a safe District and highly in vogue, with local food shops, boutiques, restaurants and a street market in Bastille. The flat is NOT luxurious and quite simply furnished but well equipped with all you need to have. And old building lovers who understand Old European Standards
