Well located, a 5-minute walk to beaches and good restaurants. Apartment with reversible air conditioning, 1 bedroom, living room and open kitchen equipped. Recently renovated, room with closet, large mirror and king size bed (180x200cm). The living room has a sofa bed 130cm wide and 220cm long,a smart tv and dining table. Free parking in the residence.
