Charmerende feriebolig

The summerhouse is located on the unique hilly Løjt land with hills and valleys in a nature beautiful and quiet area, near forest and beach next to Genner Bay and Lillebælt, and in clear weather you can see Funen. The house is part of the old Løjt Feriecenter, which makes there are some extra benefits in the price, including swimming pool and a Beach cafe during the summer season. We have renovated the house, so our guests benefit. It's freshly painted, got a new heat pump, toilet and radiators, so costs for electricity and water are minimized.

Renovated house located in scenic surroundings 200 meters from Flensburg Fjord. The house is suitable for a holiday home. The house is located on a less busy road with 300 meters to the shopping center containing supermarkets, bakery, pharmacy and medical center. Close to the house is the area's best beach with free access to the jetty and playground. The house's garden can be used for play and there is garden furniture in the courtyard. At a distance of about 20 km are the larger towns of Sønderborg, Aabenraa and Flensburg.

With less than a 5 minute walk to the beach, a private enclosed garden and less than a 10 minute drive to Aabenraa downtown, our lovely home can cover most needs. The home consists of two floors with respectively. Double sleeping arrangements and en suite bathrooms. The cool kitchen family room and garden are obvious places for the social moments and a lot of coziness - so there is a good setting for both privacy and the fun of the community: -)

Newly renovated apartment of 100 m2, with its own entrance and its own enclosed garden. Situated in idyllic and quiet surroundings overlooking grazing horses. Max 2 km to shopping in Gråsten. Very good bus connections to Sønderborg and Flensburg. Close to forest, beach, good fishing spots, wellness, restaurants, Gråsten town/castle and park. 12 minutes by car to the sights Dybbøl mill and Sønderborg castle. 100 meters to the local football field. By arrangement, horses can be brought along.

Klein, aber fein und ganz schön cosy präsentiert sich unser „Nordic Nest“, das ideal für eine kleine Auszeit zu zweit ist. Das „Nordic Nest“ befindet sich in einem kleinen Stadthäuschen von 1800, mitten im historischen Zentrum von Aabenraa. Cafés, Restaurants und Supermärkte sind unmittelbar um die Ecke, zum Strand sind es 4 Minuten mit dem Auto oder 20 Minuten zu Fuß. Die Arena Aabenraa mit Schwimmbad, Bowlingbahn und zahlreichen anderen Sportmöglichkeiten ist 10 Gehminuten entfernt.

The house is undisturbed and beautiful situated on a large 5000 m2 natural plot only 250m from the beach and 4 km to the shopping centre. Close to a large forest area, where you can cros the old border to Germany and on to Flensburg within an hour. The old Gendarme path is 250m from the site and leads along the water all the way to Sønderborg. The campsite is situated 300m from the hause and here they offer access for children and adults to their pool, minigolfe and bouncy castle.

Cottage with stunning sea views, located in Løjt holiday center. Only 250 meters to the sea, where you will find a delicious sandy beach. In the holiday center the following activities are included: mini golf, table tennis, playgrounds and bouncy pillow, Beach volley, as well as swimming pool. Here you will also find a restaurant and laundry room for a fee. Underfloor heating in the newly renovated bathroom. New wooden floor throughout the house as well as rooms.

Slap af med din familie i vores dejlige sommerhus. Huset ligger i et naturskønt område med gåafstand til børnevenlig strand og skov. Det er et sommerhus på 80 kvm med 2 soveværelser - 1 med dobbeltseng og 1 med to enkeltsenge. Huset er for nylig blevet renoveret og byder nu på et nyere badeværelse og et moderniseret køkkenområde.
