Soak up the simple life of this peaceful and centrally-located home. The house is located both close to the city center and with the forest in the backyard. There are good bus connections to all of Aalborg and the surrounding area near the house. It is possible to park at the house. The villa is a so-called 2-family house, with two separate apartments. The apartment for rent is on the house 1. Sal, with its own kitchen, bathroom, living room and bedroom. The entrance hall of the house shares the two apartments with a staircase. There are separate keys for the two apartments.

Lovely log house, wilderness bath, sea view and beach

the cottage is located just 500 meters from the North Sea and one of Denmark's best sandy beaches. From the house and the terraces is a lovely sea view. The house is from 1966 and with a preserved charming style. The 48 sqm contains living room, kitchen, bathroom and 2 bedrooms each with bed of 140: 200. Outside there are terraces to the east, south and west with gas grill. In addition, an outdoor bath, and a Wilderness bath that can be used for a fee. Electricity is charged: 4 kr per kWh. The money will be charged upon departure in DKK or euro in cash.

Cosy holiday home used for summer cottage in the North Jutland holiday village Løkken. Located just 200 metres from the beach and a short walk from the city center. The house is furnished with 3 bedrooms on the 1st floor with capacity for 6 people and bathroom. On the ground floor there is a kitchen, cozy living room furnished with sofas and TV, and dining room with access to terrace and garden. There is a large enclosed garden behind the house with garden furniture, sun loungers, hammock and grill. In the basement there is a washing machine and dryer.

Older charming farmhouse that we have restored and kept the decor in retro style. Located in the middle of Bjergby's lovely hilly nature. Rich opportunities for good walks. Or pure relaxation. The house is very cozy and includes dishwasher microwave coffee maker electric kettle fridge and stove. 2.5 km to grocery shopping There is bed linen . Max 10 km to forest and beach. There is no TV. The house is heated with a wood-burning stove. Electricity meter is read at start as well as upon departure. Smoking in the house is not allowed.

Lovely little house where there is room for 5 sleeping guests. Bedroom on the first floor with double and single bed, sofa bed in living room where up to 2 people can be made. There is everything in service for 6 people, duvets, bed linen and towels for 5 people. There is a dining table for 4 people. 5 people can sit next to you, at the coffee table and eat The house is located in a small quiet village, where there are 5 km to Sindal and 6 Hjørring, where there are shopping opportunities. There are opportunities to bring a dog.

The house is originally from 1895 totally renovated in 2023 with an eye for quality. The house contains everything you need to have a lovely stay. The home is on 2 levels and contains on the 1st floor 2 good rooms with quality beds and good closet space. The living room plan consists of a kitchen/living room that allows for extra bedding. Our newly built guesthouse is located in beautiful surroundings overlooking the forest and lake, close to the North Sea and Fårup. The family rooms have a private toilet/bath and have direct access to the terrace. The double rooms have a French balcony and are located on the 1st floor and have their own toilet/bath on the ground floor. Rooms share a large shared kitchen. All rooms have views of fields and forests. The guesthouse is located on a farm, we have various animals and a pottery workshop you can visit.

Unique house in the best location of the city

The cozy townhouse in Hjelmerstald is located in the middle of Aalborg's historic center. The house is over 500 years old, but is newly renovated in respect of the long-standing history of the house. In the old days, Hjelmerstald was a notorious and poor street, but today the street is the most photographed street in Aalborg and contains some of the most cozy houses. The sandy colored house with one of the city's old renovated gas lamps on the house wall contains lots of coziness, pretzel nooks, and stories.

Lovely bright cottage with NICE GARDEN VIEW. Renovated (2011/2022) wooden house of 68 sqm. 2023 new kitchen 2023 enjoy large window section facing the sea. REMEMBER to bring your own sheets , bed linen and towels - there are duvets and pillows. Living room and kitchen with lovely dining area with sea view, freezer. Terraces on all sides of the house. Close to nice beach. PLEASE NOTE : it is not allowed to charge electric cars via the summerhouse installations due to fire. There is no rent to youth groups.

Relax with the whole family in this log cabin that exudes coziness and warmth with oak board table, impact bench, comfortable furniture, only 5 km from City south and 9 km from Aalborg Centrum. The log cabin is well hidden between the trees right next to the Poulstrup Lake area. Immediately outside the door are marked hiking routes, and close to MTB tracks as well as riding trails.
