First parking to the water and with lovely views of Aarhus, this lovely two room apartment is rented in the house of AARhus, designed by architect Bjarke Engels. The apartment contains living room with kitchen and dining area, bedroom, bathroom and the most lovely southwest facing terrace. We have cared for details in the apartment so that it can be the setting for lovely days in Aarhus and on Aarhus Ø. The area has plenty of restaurants, takeaways, forest, beach and town within walking distance. There is a parking basement in the house.

Quiet and large 2 room apartment in Viby with free parking space for the car. Good large bright living room with tv good big sofa (possibility of sofa bed). Dining table sleeps 4 people. The whole room is bright and with wooden floors. The bedroom is with 2 separate beds that can either stand together or separately, + desk. Kitchen is bright and with great views as well as with full service, as well as dishwasher. Bathroom is bright and with its own shower and toilet. The entrance is with good closet space for both outerwear and the like.

From this centrally located beautiful, spacious and charming villa, all guests have easy access to everything. The villa is located between the botanical garden, the university park and a 10 minute walk to the city's many eateries and activities. The villa is super cozy and nicely decorated with tasteful furniture and here is plenty of space - both on the flowery terrace, in the garden and in the villa's three different living rooms, large kitchen rooms and four rooms, one of which has a huge sleeping home.
