This is a well equipped studio in the Cotswolds. It's at the end of a singletrack no through road about 1/2 mile from the Cotswold way and at the junction of several footpaths. The nearest towns are Painswick,which is 1 mile away, and Stroud where there is a train station and supermarkets. The studio has a sleeping area with a king size double which can be twin beds if required. It is separated by a bookcase from the main living area. where there is also a sofa. A Zbed is available if needed

The Annex is a completely self contained open plan 2 double bedroomed groundfloor apartment with patio area and off road parking. The entrance has a small 7inch step - once inside bedrooms bathroom kitchen dining and lounge areas are on one level. Access to the patio via patio doors - 3 small steps, each 5inches in height and another smaller step leads to the main garden. Situated within easy access to the M5 motorway and close to local bus routes ideal for exploring pretty Cotswold villages.

Snug space ideal for relaxing getaways. Set in area of outstanding natural beauty. Perfect for couples keen to explore the Cotswolds with direct access to the Cotswold way. It's a quirky small space. Intended as a great escape, there is WiFi but no TV. Dogs: As space limited 1 w-behaved dog welcome (+ £10). Sofabed: Please request bedding (+£10 charge) or bring own for free. NB Bathroom space is limited, stairs may be tricky for less mobile, roof terrace is private but overlooked by our house.

There’s a Christmas Market, Tall Ships Festival, & intimate music festivals locally. The Horse Racing (Festival 2nd week of March) & other regular meetings, The Jazz Festival in May, the Food Festival in June, & Literary Festival in October keep Cheltenham interesting year round. Our first floor flat offers twin bedded room with shower room, kitchen, Internet, TV and underfloor heating. Sunny aspect with windows on both sides. View over garden and countryside. The house is set back about 100 yards from the road and is therefore quiet. It has plenty of off road parking and a bus stop outside. Within 400 yards we have a pub, Chinese and Indian restaurants, cafe and newsagents. Nearest supermarket is one mile away.
