In an enviable position just a 5 minute walk from a sandy beach, Ellesmere is a terraced house in New Quay. Our family bought the house in 1963, and three generations have enjoyed holidays here, escaping from the hustle and bustle of modern life. The house is comfortable and homely rather than boutique. Perfect if you want to get fit as it is up a steep hill, but within walking distance of New Quay's beaches, shops and eating places, it is also a 5 minute walk to the Ceredigion Coastal Path.

Princess House is superbly situated to enjoy the fantastic attractions to be found in and around Cardigan and Pembrokeshire. Located by the river Teifi, the house has beautiful views of the river from either the house, the riverside decking, or the large terrace by the house. Between the house and riverside decking there's a large sloping lawn, all providing for a truly relaxing location. The Grade 2 listed house was built around 1865 and is located among other traditional properties.

Arhosfa is situated 3 miles from the coastal, university town of Aberystwyth in a small village. It's always been a family home which has recently been fully renovated and modernised throughout. It is ideally situated close to the Ceredigion coastal path and local beaches as well as beautiful inland countryside for rural pursuits and sightseeing. The coastal towns of Aberaeron and New Quay are within a 12\15 mile radius and there is a good local bus service along the coastal route.

Ffyllon Fawr is a south facing farmhouse built in approx 1890 and has been sympathetically renovated and modernised recently. The farmhouse is in an elevated position and overlooks the farmyard and the beautiful open countryside. To one side is a level patio area with a picnic table and bench leading onto a sloping lawn area. At present the land is grazed by sheep and wildlife is also in abundance, badgers, rabbits, wild birds to include red kites, buzzards, ducks and wild geese.

Barn Renovation in Ceredigion - near the coast

This is an old stone cow barn recently (Sept 2014) converted into holiday accommodation for 6. Please note we do not allow pets at the property. We have been Airbnb bed and breakfast hosts since 2009 in our adjoining farmhouse. It is in a lovely, quiet location near the coastal path and beaches.
