Charming York cottage with patio area and parking for 2 cars. Situated in a quiet residential private road with easy access to York centre via the main bus route at the end of the lane, or via a pleasant walk. Close to local pubs, a shop and a cafe. 5 minutes drive from a supermarket and retail park which includes a bowling alley and a cinema. The cottage is fully refurbished with beautifully presented new kitchen, living room, dining room, downstairs toilet, new bathroom and 2 large bedrooms.

The apartment is on the grounds of our main family residence but is completely separate with it’s own private entrance, accessed through the garden gate. The old timbers have been retained but are not obtrusive, where the height of the interior allows the original A frame roof timbers add that necessary rustic charm to what is now a modern property.
