Truly a special place; very private with no flow through traffic in the street. Very quiet and located in the eastern side of Adelaide. Walking distance to all of Adelaide City's best attractions, events, festivals, sporting events in the park lands - only 10-15 minutes' walking distance away. A 5 minute walk to the new Calvary Hospital on Angus St. Keep walking to King William St to the tram that will take you to Glenelg beach. Too cold for the beach, then visit the Adelaide Central Market.
