Welcome to a cozy apartment in Sørlandet!

Cozy apartment with its own terrace and good views. It is a bedroom with a good and soft double bed. Sofa bed double in the living room. If needed, we can arrange an extra bed. It's a spacious living room. Private bathroom with shower. To Vågsbygd Amfi - about 3 min by car, to Skyland Trampoline Park, Leo's Playland, Glowing Golf, about 5 min. etc. Nice walks around the lake, etc. We expect general folk customs and that no other residents and neighbors will be disturbed after 23. We live in the house ourselves on the 2nd floor.

HI My apartment is brilliant for families or skiing groups.In spring, summer and fall you can bike,hike,go rolling ski and fish in the area. Easy access to the Hovden Alpin senter, only 150 M away.There is also short distance to a Hovden Badeland (swimming pool) and shops.If you want a nice, cosy and easy stay in the mountains this is the place.I want to keep the price on a sensible level so you can enjoy Hovden and the surroundings without being skinned. NB! l do not provide bed linen/towels.

Leiligheten ligger tilbaketrukket fra bygda's mer "travle" steder, men alikevel i gåavstand skulle man ønske et måltid eller drikke nede i dalen. Bygdas beste utsikt! Her er det bare å nyte de utallige øyeblikk og syn som dannes i fjorden mellom fjellene - mobiler og Tv kan trygt legges til side... 2 soverom med totalt 5 sengeplasser, gang, kjøkken og dusj/toalett. Eier kan også ordne med guidet båttur...

Bar gate on terrace and inside by stairs 2 double bedrooms, 2 guest beds 90 cm ,as the top is comfortable tempur mattress. 1 bathroom with washing machine and shower cubicle. Large terrace. Gas grill and outdoor furniture. Large lawn. Short distance to the sea and the zoo about 7 km.15 min walk to fishing and bathing area by the sea. Sørlandsenteret is located right by the zoo. 10 km to the summer town of Lillesand and 20 km to Kristiansand.
