The cottage is individually located on its own road about 300 meters from Skåneleden. No neighbors. Welcome to the coast, to the sea and the beautiful. This property is located as you can see directly by the sea. The property is modern and well-equipped and things that might delight the stay is a large private sauna, outdoor jacuzzi with sea view. Since the house is by the sea, there is a private jetty to swim from. Furthermore, there is a gas grill and a couple of different but large terraces with fatboys and hammock. To Sölvesborg it takes 10 minutes by car and to Sölvesborgs GK, this year's golf club, it also takes 10 minutes.

Sjöstugan- our gem right by the seaside! Private house with sleeping loft, kitchen, beautiful large room with fireplace and views over the lake. Wood fired sauna with swim in the lake right next door. For certain periods access to Hot tub, but as agreed with host. Swimming jetty 5 meters on the door. Access to a boat. If you want to buy a fishing license, contact host. Wood for the stove and sauna is included. The yard is fenced all the way to the lake and our Beagel dog Vide is often loose outside. He's nice.

Newly renovated winter-occupied cottage with room for 4-6 people, the house has a beautiful location in a valley on Rusberget. Amazing nature around the house with hiking trails and a barbecue area with a view just 500m away. Enjoy bird singing and morning coffee on the patio deck. Within 15-30 minutes you can reach both swimming, canoe rental, fishing, shopping and many other things.
