Cozy home with charm

Enjoy the original flair in the lovingly restored half-timbered house. Great location with sun terrace on the Ahrquelle, lake and various restaurants. Way of St. James, Eifelsteig and Ahrradweg cross here. You have the entire upper part of the house to yourself! The apartment is not lockable because of the emergency exit. Almost all guests are extremely satisfied! Not well suited for allergy sufferers, with physical restriction and acoustic sensitivity (bells). Looking forward to seeing you soon!

You can feel completely comfortable in this apartment with your own entrance. All floors are made of natural wood, the walls of mud brick, the room atmosphere very pleasant. On the southwest balcony you have a wonderful view over the wildly maintained property, the forest and the fallow deer enclosure of the neighbor. Fortunately, our apartment has been spared from the flood disaster. We have spent the last few weeks with numerous helpers to renew the building technology. We are looking forward to welcoming you again. Of course, much has changed in the Ahr valley and there is still much to do, but for example the hiking trails are intact and nothing stands in the way of a nature holiday. Unique apartment with antique quarry wall and truss! Upstairs there are two bedrooms and a bathroom. On the ground floor there is a large kitchen-living room with fireplace. A nice private seating area with barbecue is located in the enclosed courtyard. For a dog we charge a one-time fee of €30,-, for each additional 15,-€ , will be paid on site. Comfortable holiday home in the heart of old town Ahrweiler. Completly remodeled appartment in a landmarked town house of 1765. The station is just about 5 minutes away. This also apllies to the famous "Rotweinwanderweg". For a fast shopping or a cup of coffee you just have to leave the front door. Free WiFi available. It's a quiet place but right in the middle.
