Cozy and renovated cottage in a peaceful location in the middle of the forest with the opportunity for relaxation as well as hiking and mushroom and berry picking as well as other nature experiences. Sauna in the outhouse. Private pond by the house. Fresh bathroom. In the cottage there is, among other things, TV, internet and washing machine. The cottage is individually located on its own road about 300 meters from Skåneleden. No neighbors. Proximity to outdoor center, outdoor swimming, lakes with the possibility of swimming, paddling and fishing. By car, you can quickly reach, among other things. Wanås Art Park and Åhus sandy beaches.

Newly renovated smaller cottage (25 sqm). A separate bedroom with double bed. Two sleeping lofts with room for 2 and 1 bed, respectively. Stunning surrounding nature with beech forests and large fields. Rich bird life. 3 km to the sea. Endless bike paths without car traffic. Walking distance to Solgårdens restaurant. In Maglehem, there is no car traffic. Five km to the nearest grocery store. This place is most beautiful in Skåne. South from the south: Take road 19 that go from Ystad towards Kristianstad. Turn right at Maglehem/Lillehem.

Mediterranean feel in Österlen! Idyllic farmhouse in top shape. Bright, beautiful, tasteful. Whitewashed walls, beautiful tile floors, large light entry, and open in the nock. Secluded location, glass doors lead out to private sunny patio. Open-plan with a large sleeping loft (ladder) and sofa bed in the living room. Picturesque village setting in the heart of Österlen. Perfect location close to beaches, fishing villages, hiking trails and charming Simrishamn and Ystad. Grocery store in the village. Wireless Wifi . Private parking.

Cottage in Juleboda/ Österlen next to Maglehem & the sea

Within walking distance is the expansive beautiful beach stretching from Stenshuvud to Åhus. The cottage is a short drive from both Kivik and Åhus. From spring 2025 we have 4 new nice bikes in the cabin that can be used by the guests. Good fishing opportunities are nearby in, among other places. Helge Å. The Ravlunda shooting range military facility is some distance away but it is closed throughout the summer and there is no business going on. In other periods there may be sounds and bangs from shooting exercises.

Newly built house in Vik, with space for 5 people. Wonderful views from the balcony and the two patios. Living room with kitchen, spacious hall, tiled bathroom, upstairs with living room and bedroom. Close to Stenshuvet National Park, Mandelmann's gardens and two amazing golf courses. A minute walk to beach and harbor but also to bus stop with good transport links to Simrishamn and Kristianstad. A wonderful place for those who want lazy days but also for those who want to have wonderful nature experiences.

The apartment is fully equipped. 55-inch TV is available with chromecast. Large kitchen that is also fully equipped. If you want to stay in a different home, with nice feeling and nice decor, this is a home for you! Pool is available for use for a surcharge. The pool is available June-Augusti. Live in a selfhouseholdning farm with animals near by you. The bedroom has 2 beds, one bed chair and wardrobe. Here are lots of animals - cows, pigs, goats (on pasture a bit away right now), chicken, dog and cats. Nice sorroundings with walking trails like Skåneleden and lakes near by (the nearest lake is 5 km away). Lots of parkingspace on the ground. Its 2 km to the village with convenience store and gas station and train.
