The house is located in the hills of Oakland heights in a very private and beautiful neighborhood. It is well equipped, very safe, peaceful and comfortable. Two room in-law suite with private entry, private bath and kitchenette. Deck entry overlooking Temescal Creek and towering 100 year old coastal Redwoods. Shared garden across the bridge. Walk to Lake Temescal and Montclair Village. Easy, quick access to Hwys 13 and 24. Short drive to UC Berkeley, Mills College and California College of the Arts, the Berkeley Gourmet Ghetto, and Oaklands many fine restaurants. Some small dogs accepted, no large dogs, and no cats due to allergies.

Totally remodeled home by the lakes in Discovery bay, Ca. Please note that there is no access going to fast water/delta, and only electric boat allowed in the lake. We are located about 1.5 hours from SFO airport and 1 hour from Oakland airport. Napa Valley located in North part of the county about 1 hour a way and we are near the winery by Livermore area. 35 minutes away from SF Factory outlet by Livermore. This home is 3 bedrooms with 2 full bath. Pet friendly.

Apartment in house on the lagoon. Close to Beach

New comfortable studio apartment along the lagoon. A block from the beach. Easy walk to Park Street and South Shore Shopping Center. Well furnished kitchen, living space with sofa and ottoman, and queen size bed. Large dressing area and huge bathroom. Bright and sunny. (stairs in the photos go up to our home and are not open for use) Nearly the full basement level of our house, with it's own entry. Not for parties - we live upstairs.
