The cottage suits a couple and in the lounge is a sofa bed for a third guest. If there is only two of you and you require the sofa bedding please let us know at booking. Located in the heart of West Auckland's vineyards and wedding venues, 36 kms from the Auckland CBD. Close by is Muriwai Beach with its gannet colony and surfing, also the magnificent Kaipara Harbour, Woodhill and Riverhead forests. Brand New Cosy Coatesville Cottage

Property is located 15 minutes from Albany set in a lovely rural area. Liquid Ambers embrace the driveway down to the cottage. Beautiful setting and views and lots of bird life. Peaceful and sunny aspect. High quality fixtures and furniture and very cosy. Double glazing along with heat pump for those colder months. Award winning Black Cottage Cafe is a five minute journey for brunch and the popular Hallertau Restaurant for craft beers and gourmet dinners that is great for large gatherings.

Our comfortable private downstairs one bedroom apartment with outside deck and garden has a true coastal feeling! It comfortably fits two but can accommodate 4 and is centrally located in a quiet neighbourhood and a cul-de -sac with plenty of off street parking. Just 15 minute walk to the Browns Bay beach and town centre where you can enjoy the Cafes, shops and restaurants. We also 5 minute stroll to Sherwood park where the kids can play and enjoy a ice-cream while feeding the ducks.

This is a flat downstairs. We are on a quiet street, not far from Bus Stops, the Beach, Browns Bay, Long Bay, North Harbour Stadium, Albany Mall, and Massey University. There is a small Patio area outside this unit with its own Barbeque. This unit has a fridge, kettle, microwave, toaster and electric non stick frypan. Television, with Netflix, and free wifi.
