At 15 min. drive from the beach, sea and dunes. The cottage has everything your heart desires. Downstairs there is a dining and sitting area. With a beautiful luxury kitchen. Outside you can relax on the sunny terrace or lounge area. The 1st floor has 2 large bedrooms, a spacious bathroom, and a 2nd separate toilet.

Strandvilla Zilt&Zelig is located in the center of Egmond aan Zee, on a private dune, directly on the beach and is therefore the ideal place for a blissful holiday for 1 to 4 families at the same time. All luxury is present: fine boxsprings, XXL jacuzzi (so large that it is actually a pool), sauna, family outdoor shower (warm), cooking island, beach items, etc. There are 13 beds but we rent to max 8 adults (so enough beds for kids). You will find peace here, so we do not rent to young people.

Beautiful, new (2020) thatched villa with water on two sides and private dock. 4 double bedrooms, each with its own bathroom with sink, shower and toilet. Air conditioning . Huge terrace on the water, partly covered and heated. Fireplace, both inside and outside. Large open kitchen with all appliances (2 refrigerators, combi steamer, dishwasher, ice maker, Nespresso, filter coffee machine, etc.). Optionally with a 10-person luxury sloop (no boat license required, skipper at least 21 years old)

Spacious&Charming family home near the beach

This charming & bright home is the perfect place for a comfortable family holiday. It has a unique location at the beginning of the little village center which is lively during the day & quiet in the evenings. There is plenty of space (300m2): Three large bedrooms with double beds & two kids rooms with lots of toys, a large living with french doors to the garden & separate kitchen with dining table and fireplace. Guests can use the entire home except our basement: our au pair lives there.

The farmhouse offers generous space for 10 guests, in the house you will experience a pleasant atmosphere, large windows overlooking a beautiful garden. Outside is a cozy dining table, for the kids there is a large trampoline. The house is within walking distance of downtown with shopping and restaurants. The train station is 1 km away. In half an hour you will be in Amsterdam by train. Within 20 minutes, you can reach the beach by bike. Groups of young people under 20 are not allowed.
