2 bedroom house (built 2018) at the ocean, kitchen and two bathrooms with AirCon. Living room/ dining share another AC. 15 minutes to Tagbilaran and 15-20 minutes to the famous Alona beach. Ideal to relax a few days and go on Bohol Chocolate Hills tour and enjoy diving. Ideal for Freedivers! We are not in the central tourist spot. If you like to go to other places, you will need some mode of transportation. See below "Getting around". Copy of passport or valid photo ID required upon check in.

Entire House w/ Pool Near Alona

A three bedroom two bathroom house on a gated lot shared by two other houses in a quiet neighborhood. The bedrooms are all air conditioned and have queen size beds. 55 inch curved television with Netflix. There is a shared 15 meter pool which is open 8 AM to 10 PM. The pool has uv light and copper purification system. The house is a fifteen minute walk to Alona Beach. There are many bars and restaurants within walking distance of the house.

Clarabal Residence (Kondo Kubo) is a typical residential house in the province, you are inside a small residential compound with neighbors who are our tenants as well, so if you’re looking for a hotel quality ambience this is not for you. We are 900m (15 minutes) easy walk to alona beach proper, we are located along circumferencial road on the right side going to Alona beach.
