Large private suite with private entrance. Unit includes a large private bathroom and kitchenette which includes a sink, toaster oven, hotplate,coffee maker,and fridge. (Coffee is provided) Ideal for the weekend warrior who wants a comfortable, private place to sleep. Our Christmas Valley home has access to hiking and biking trails right out the front door. We are as close as one can get to Kirkwood and still be in South Tahoe. Suite is on second floor and is accessed by outdoor stairs.

This is an ideal romantic vacation spot for couples. It is located in a quiet, serene neighborhood and has a large deck to enjoy. There is usually snow in winter. This is a kid friendly property with a pack-n-play, booster seat, and a play kitchen area in the downstairs. There is a king bed located upstairs in the loft (winding staircase is steep) and a double bed located downstairs in a bedroom. New, modern, bright spacious studio w/ amenities!

Private studio apartment with kitchenette and washer/dryer! Central location means you're equally close to everything great about Tahoe! Stateline- 6.6 Miles Heavenly- 5.5 Miles El Dorado Beach- 5.7 Miles Sierra at Tahoe- 12.7 Miles You have your own apartment with your own garage parking space, but having the hosts next door means if you have any questions we're right there! We've got a quiet family friendly neighborhood with a nice walk to the river if you're so inclined.

Our place is close to skiing at Kirkwood, Sierra, Heavenly (all within 30 minutes or less). A 15 minute drive (depending on traffice) will take you to Lake Tahoe for summer on the water. Trails, sledding, hiking, mountain biking or quiet relaxation in the woods; property backs up to National Forest. You’ll love our place because you'll feel comfortable and right at home! Our home has recently been remodeled. Our place is good for couples and families (with kids).

The Big House on the Lake is good for couples, business travelers, families (with kids), and big groups. The house is right on the lake making it easy to go fishing, boating, paddling, swimming, kayaking or water-skiing. You can sit on the deck and watch the water foul as they become part of the scenery and just relax. The top part is available for air bnb families, the bottom part is locked as it is used for event space with no sleeping quarters.
