The beautiful old building apartment is located in the last house on the Rammelsberg in the middle of nature and offers many opportunities for an exciting varied holiday in Goslar with both the city and the proximity to nature. You have the beautiful old town (well worth it!) not far away, many hiking trails right outside, a waterfall and lake, a pizzeria in the house and above all the beautiful World Heritage Mine right in front of you. Cozy little apartment with balcony and view.

The apartment is 36 square meters and is located in a well-maintained 12-party house in a central location (about 300 m from the center). We have taken over this 2018 and newly furnished (kitchen, completely new furniture and good sofa bed). It is a living room with kitchenette and dining area, a sep. Bedroom and a small bathroom. Since we (4 adults + 1 school child) regularly use our apartment ourselves, it is quite well equipped (plenty of dishes, coffee machine, TV). No Wi-Fi!

Our apartment has about 70m² of living space divided into 3 rooms, hallway and bathroom, a great size for 4 to 6 people. The center of life (dining area, sofa/TV area and kitchen) is lovingly and cozily furnished. The bedroom with 1.8x2 meter double bed is very spacious and has a separate access, as well as the center of life, to the large (18m²) south-facing balcony. Our sleeping butt is equipped with a high quality 3-seater bed. The private sauna to feel good.

Our primarily family-oriented apartment is located in the center of the spa town Braunlage, and is only 5 minutes by car from the Wurmbergbahn. The apartment has one bedroom, one children's room and a converted pointed floor with a play corner for children. It also has a fully equipped kitchen and spacious bathroom with large shower, toilet and washing machine. Final cleaning (65€) and spa cards (max. 2.80€ per adult & day) must be paid on site.

Our apartment is located in an old forest house "the power house", which was built in 1902. It is a bit remote, in the middle of nature. The Schalker pond is within walking distance. We offer a laundry package for €12.50 per person (towels, blankets and pillowcases). The contribution for the spa company is €2.40/night for adults and €1.62/night for children from 6 years. It is not included in the accommodation price. Payment is made on site.
