Rockhaven Farm Cottage

At the end of the road in the country. Very private with lots of trails to walk. Joy & Rich are in the main house. The cottage has a front porch, back porch and patio, all private from the main house. Far from any roads it is above all, peaceful. You are free to wander around 150 acres, sit by the pond or the fire pit on the back patio. This is wine country, horse country and hiking country. Great taverns and restaurants are scattered in the small towns around us. Every season is unique.

Unplug from city life and venture out to our small organic farm. Spend a night or two in the private guest cottage while enjoying nearby vineyards and restaurants. Spend the day browsing in the local antique shops or relax on the farm and watch nature's display (butterflies, birds, an occasional critter.) We may be working in the garden or putting up hay. Studio apartment with separate entry at historic Glenmore in scenic Brandy Station, VA. Beautiful farm location with newly renovated space featuring a kitchenette with refrigerator, microwave, coffeemaker and toaster. Bedroom/living area with queen bed and twin sofa bed. TV with dish and unlimited internet. Full bath with shower. We cannot accommodate children under the age of four because the space has an open wooden staircase that cannot be blocked off.
