Our maisonette cottage (44 sqm) with private entrance, terrace, parking and wallbox is located in the quiet district Bürgerfelde- on the outskirts of the city and yet central! Only 15 minutes by bike or bus from the city center, train station and university and in a few minutes walk in the green surroundings. The house is refurbished and equipped with everything Pipapo new and comfortable. Ideal occupancy are 1-2 people/couples, for a couple nights you can also accommodate three people. Pets welcome!

Der 1937 erstmals erwähnte und später erbaute Hof von Donnerschwee liegt im Nordosten der Stadt Oldenburg und war das erste Siedlungshaus am Platz. Der Stadtteil Donnerschwee ist aus einem alten Bauerndorf hervorgegangen, das vermutlich seit dem 9. Jahrhundert bestand. Die Umgebung besticht durch seine Nähe zu den Donnerschweer Wiesen und seinen wunderschönen Rad- und Spazierwegen. Meine Unterkunft ist in der Nähe von Innenstadt, Bahnhof fußläufig 10 Minuten, Restaurants und Nachtleben Oldenburgs sind also ganz nah dran :-). Du wirst meine Unterkunft lieben wegen des morgendlichen Vogelgeszwitschers und viel grün druherum, obwohl du mitten in der Stadt bist. Die Dachterasse wirst du auch zu schätzen wissen. In unsrerer Straße wohnen nur liebe Leute. Meine Unterkunft ist gut für Paare, Alleinreisende Abenteurer, Geschäftsreisende und Familien (mit Kindern).
