With 2cars garage (1 king bed and 2 queen beds) A living room has Queen size sofa bed and family room has day bed. Walk out to a deck that leads to a lawn down to the lake. Open living space features a full kitchen, dining area and balcony w/ lake views. 10-15 minutes downtown and to airport. 5 minutes to Med District, UAA Close to amenities such as shopping, restaurants and movie theater. Great location .

The unit is attached to main house. However it is completely separate and on the other side of a garage. We are located just outside Anchorage on Fire Lake with lake access and year round activities including boating, kayaking, paddle boarding, swimming, fishing, ice skating, snow shoeing, and cross country skiing.

The views from the large windows and deck are stunning. Try some fishing, skating, kayaking, swimming or walk the trails. Grilling on the deck or a bonfire ( ask for firewood) overlooking the lake are great evening activities. Not the outdoor type, you’ll find this a peaceful place to unwind.
