Spacious and homely apartment in a quiet neighborhood south of the city center. Driving time from Evenes Airport is about 40 min. Stangnes Ferry dock is just nearby. Shopping center (Amfi Kanebogen) and grocery store are in the immediate vicinity. Free parking. EV charging possible by appointment. A hiking trail to Gangsåstoppen starts 50 meters from the apartment. This 30 minute trip is recommended to all. There you get an amazing view of the city and the surrounding islands. The apartment is private with own entrance.

Buildings are based on green energy. Heating comes from solar collectors and air-water heat pump. Airy, new and with stunning views to the sea, both summer and winter. Jogging, skiing, Randonee or cross country skiing just minutes from apartment. Jaquzzi/sauna/countercurrent pool/gym. Sauna and jacuzzi is ONLY available for more than 2 nights rental and max 2 hours per day. Gas/wood grill. Fishing possibilities by boat in the sea or fresh water in agreement with the landlord. Parking outside the apartment.

In Andenes you can experience northern light in the winter, midnight sun in the summer, and whales and beautiful nature all year round. The apartment for rent has separate entrance and consists of a separate kitchen, bathroom, sofa bed and dining area. You will find equipment for cooking, clean bed linen and towels. Located by the long whitesand beach stretcing down the west coast of town, in walking distance to all the must-see-places. In wintertime perfect for a view of the northern lights and going whalewatching. The apartment has it's own enterance from the stairwell. Two big bedrooms with double beds, one bathroom, and fully equipped kitchen. In the smaller living room there is also the possibility for two extra beds.

My place is close to great views, the beach, art and culture, and restaurants and eating places. You'll love my place because in the middle of the region Vesterålen, Lofoten and Harstad,, the kitchen, the outdoor area, the neighborhood, the light, the comfy bed. My place is good for couples, lone travelers, and furry friends (pets). It is also a quiet and peaceful area, without the big traffic noise as this is not by the main road. Quiet neighborhood.

Leiligheten er 47 kvm og ligger sørvendt, ingen bebyggelse mot sør. Nærhet til turløype med lys. Meget rolig strøk. På nordsiden ligger Andenes sentrum i gangavstand. Fem minutter å gå til nærmeste butikk. Hvalsafari ut fra Andenes havn, to avganger pr dag. Vi tillater husdyr da vi selv har to snille Samojedhunder i 2. etg, hundene er selvsagt ikke i nærheten av leiligheten.

The ultimate starting point for walks along the beach on Stave, trip to Måtind, Høyvika or Skogvoll nature reserve. The apartment has skylights that make it perfect to see north lights.
